Effective 2 June 2026
Website Terms
These terms apply when you use noversight.com and when you buy optional services from us (such as training or consulting related to nOversight) through this site or by written agreement. They do not replace the nOversight software licence (EULA) for the apps themselves, or Apple’s / Paddle’s terms for purchases made through those platforms.
Provider: Numerous Networks Limited (“we”, “us”) — a small UK company. nOversight is our product name.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site
We publish product information, documentation, pricing, and support resources. We may change, suspend, or remove content at any time without notice.
You must not:
- Misuse the site (e.g. attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape at scale, or overload our systems)
- Use the site in violation of applicable law
- Imply a partnership or endorsement we have not agreed to in writing
No professional reliance
Content on the site (articles, guides, case studies) is for general information only. It is not a substitute for your own network design, security review, or contractual obligations with your clients or employer. Wi‑Fi measurements depend on device APIs and environment; we do not guarantee outcomes on your projects.
Software and subscriptions
Use of nOversight apps is governed by our EULA.
- iOS: purchases and subscriptions are with Apple under Apple’s terms
- Mac: purchases are with Paddle as merchant of record under Paddle’s terms
Refund requests for app store purchases must go through Apple or Paddle as applicable.
Optional services (training, consulting, bundles)
If we offer workshops, training, installation support, or bundled “app + services” packages:
- Scope, fees, and deliverables will be set out in an order form, proposal, or invoice we agree with you
- Unless stated otherwise, services are remote or on-site as agreed; travel and third-party costs may be extra
- You are responsible for providing accurate requirements and safe access where on-site work is agreed
- Cancellation: we may charge for work already performed; specific cancellation terms will be in your quote or invoice
These website terms apply to services unless a signed agreement explicitly overrides them.
Intellectual property
We own (or license) the site content, branding, and nOversight materials. You may not copy or redistribute them except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Customer data and reports you create in the app remain yours, subject to the EULA.
Disclaimers
The site and any downloadable materials are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
We are a small business. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the site or services
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services purchased directly from us is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if greater
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
For app-related claims, see the EULA and the relevant app-store or Paddle terms.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you mandatory local rights.
